In Sevastopol competitions "Global values" awarded winners. For a victory young cinematographers from Iran, China, Russian Federation, Senegal, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Slovakia, Belgium fought. The international forum of young cinematographers in Sevastopol is held from July 21 to July 24. This year the hero town meets participants for the third time. Organizers of a forum – company FUND "NIR" and Production center "VGIK Debut". The awards ceremony became the forum culmination.
