Court forbade social democrats to Austria to accuse freedom Party of receiving money from Russian Federation

Social Democratic Party Austria cannot claim (SPO) any more that the right-wing Austrian party of freedom (FPO) "is financed by the Kremlin". The relevant decision was passed by Commercial court Vienna, reports Kronen Zeitung. According to the edition, SPO insisted that party members of freedom could receive means for advance in parliament of removal of the anti-Russian sanctions. After judicial claims from FPO of the party agreed about dispute settlement, and SPO has to refute the statements. The respondent is also obliged to pay € FPO2788,96.
