Performances, book fair and "Solntsesta": that in the program of a festival of "Arkady"

On July 20 in Youth center the modern art conference on the future festival devoted to the 130 anniversary since the birth of the Russian painter Plastov Arkady took place. Questions of the press were answered by the minister of art and cultural policy Ulyanovsk Region Eugenia Sidorov and the director Ogbuk "Ulyanovsky oblastnoy art museum"  Anna Markesh Karvaleyru. "Arkady" will pass in two stages: from August 24 to August 27 and from September 1 to September 3.
