The cassation in Kemerovo rejected complaints chapters of Borzya on decisions of the courts about purpose of penalties for violations when passing a heating season

Interregional prosecutor's office of the Borzya district of the Zabaykalsky Territory carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on the prevention and elimination of emergency situations in the territory of the regional center. It is established that in September, 2022 administration of the city settlement of "Borzinskoye" as a result of inadequate preparation for a heating season allowed untimely connection to a heat supply of 16 apartment houses. Besides, in November, 2022 trouble-free functioning of a boiler room of the "Central" Borzya was not ensured that entailed non-compliance with a temperature mode of the heat carrier and violation of the housing rights of inhabitants...
