In Borzya district court in claim the prosecutor obliged administration to carry out monitoring technical condition emergency houses

Interregional prosecutor's office of the Borzya district of the Zabaykalsky Territory carried out an inspection of execution by administration of the city settlement of "Sherlovgorskoye" of the housing legislation at resettlement from a shabby and hazardous dwelling. It is established that the administration did not settle so far residents of the apartment house recognized as emergency and subject to demolition still in 2018. Thus monitoring technical condition of the house for prevention emergency situations (collapses) is not conducted that creates real threat of life and safety people living in it.
