State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will consider increase of penalties for transition of railway ways in not put place

In Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" want to fix the increased penalty for circulation on tracks in unspecified places. State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will consider such bill in the second reading on Thursday, July 20. Initially the document offered to establish an administrative penalty for violation upon transition of railway rubles of 2 thousand. Now it makes 100 rubles. However, according to the amendments recommended for acceptance, a penalty want to raise to 500 rubles. And for Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Moscow Region and Leningrad Region — to 1,5 thousand rubles.
