Under the resolution of transport prosecutor's office the legal entity is fined for violation of the anti-corruption legislation

Transport prosecutor's office of the Kartaly district carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that in 2022 in the private security company the former employee of transport police is employed. Contrary to requirements of the legislation about counteraction corruptions data on the conclusion of labor contracts with the specified employee in a former place of its service are not sent to the established ten-day time.
