Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation will suspend till September 1 delivery of new grants on IT development, is spoken in the ministry message. Besides, Mintsifra will book audit already made decisions on delivery of grants in 2022-2023 and will cancel projects according to which there are doubts in 100%-y for purity.
