The Cabinet of Ministers approved the concept of regulation of quantum communications till 2030

The government approved the Concept of regulation of branch of quantum communications till 2030. The corresponding order was signed by the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin, the document is published on a site of Cabinet of Ministers.
