The minister of national educations Turkey Yousuf Tekin reported that Ankara intends to cooperate actively with Russian Federation in the educational sphere. According to him, it is caused by that to Russian Federation "very high level of education". "To Turkey perfectly know that to Russian Federation very high level of education.
