The balance of payments in a minus for the first time from a pandemic: why and that it means to ruble

Following the results of June, 2023 of balance of the account of the current operations it was negative for the first time since summer of 2020 when the world faced a pandemic. The regulator explained such result with considerable reduction of export, restoration of import and payment dividends the Russian companies. Interrogated magazine "Forbes" experts specified that deficiency of the balance of payments in many respects technical, it is explained by payment dividends which settle on accounts of S type and actually the country do not leave.
