According to realtors in the second quarter 2023 the housing in the Greek capital rose in price record rates. And this growth not fully can be explained with market factors. What happened? Experts of companies Spitogatos Insights publishing an index of property of Spitogatos (SPI), reported about a record rise in prices for housing in gorod Afiny in the II quarter 2023. In annual calculation the required prices grew in certain areas Region of Attica to 32% (there the average price of square meter increased from €1 385 to €1 830).
