Results of collecting to Penza Region

From June 30 to July 9 in Penza the sports collecting organized by a trainer's staff of FSR with participation of the expert of a staff Shlyk Eugenie took place. Shlyk Eugenie shared the acquired techniques with personal trainers of athletes of the national team, worked with participants over their mistakes when passing reference routes, and also gave practical classes with use of the electronic magazine of the trainings, allowing to design training processes, to help athletes remotely and to inform a trainer's staff on current state of this or that athlete of the national team. - It was interesting to me to work with...
