Smolninsky district court of Saint Petersburg recognized the businessman Izraylit Valery guilty of currency frauds for the sum of 225 million rubles, but exempted it from punishment. About it periodical e-edition "Lenta.ru" reported in the joint press service of vessels of the city. Condemned it is exempted from punishment in connection with lapse of time, and also time spent by it under guards and house arrest is reckoned. Court changed Izraylit Valery a measure of restraint to recognizance not to leave to the introduction of a sentence in validity.
