In Chudovo district will appear before court accused of illicit trafficking in the forbidden substances in a large size

By investigative division of department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on Chudovo district investigation of criminal case concerning the 37-year-old inhabitant of Kirishi Leningrad Region is complete. He is accused of commission over 30 episodes of the crimes provided by part 3 of article 30 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 June 1996 No. 63-FZ "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" to part 4 of article 228.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at sale of drugs in a large size). During preliminary investigation it is established that the person involved in criminal case was the participant of the criminal scheme on sale the forbidden substances through online store.
