Mamontovo district district court Altai territory pronounced a sentence concerning the deputy of the Village Council with whom he is condemned on ch.3 by Art. 291 of the criminal code of Russian Federation. He is found guilty of transfer personally bribes to the veterinarian in the form of money of the sum of 42 530 rubles for registration and issue of veterinary and accompanying documents on meat production belonging to it without carrying out veterinary survey, veterinary and sanitary examinations, laboratory researches.
