Today, on July 10, in Nizhny Novgorod opening "Digoriya's" V All-Russian Forum of young political scientists of Russia of "Digoriya" which takes place in Beacon academy walls of A. D. Sakharov took place. Participants within a ceremony were addressed by the first deputy head of Presidential Administration Sergey Kiriyenko who gave a greeting from President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
