Inhabitants Shuya repeatedly complained in administration of the woman living on Generala Street Gorbatov. The woman contained a large number of dogs on the site, violating thus sanitary standards. To the dog lover penalties were repeatedly appointed. But the serious sums of penalties in such cases are not provided by the law, and the woman paid small penalties, but it did not change a situation.
