The party in power is represented by 7 groups of influences: owner of "Motive" Vitaly Kochetkov, JSC "Uralskaya ore mining and smelting company ", "Management machine-building mining company", JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GROUP OF COMPANIES "RENOVA", town governor of the city Orlov Aleksey, deputy Aleksey Vikharev, RMK and "Sinara". It is supposed that the main fight will be developed between Vitaly Kochetkov and Orlov Aleksey – both of them want to carry out to parliament Yekaterinburg the greatest number of deputies, loyal to themselves.
