In Rostov Region criminal case is directed to court about kidnapping

The first deputy prosecutor of Rostov Region approved the indictment on criminal case in the relation concerning two inhabitants of Shakhty Rostov Region and three inhabitants Sverdlovsk Region and Ulyanovsk Region.
