Minzdrav Republic of Khakassia and his deputy fined the ex-head almost 1 million rubles

City Court of the Abakan city of the Republic of Khakassia decided to collect more than 900 thousand rubles of damage from the ex-Minister of Health of the region Vladimir Fedorovich Kostyush and his former first deputy Alexander Strelenko, powers of office earlier condemned for excess (on h. 2 and p.1 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation respectively). They used sanitary aircraft though indications for this purpose were not for transportation of officials. The sentence which has come into force by which Vladimir Fedorovich Kostyush and Alexander Strelenko are found guilty of excess of powers of office formed the basis for recovery of damages.
