Kstovo district Gorodskoye prosecutor's office Nizhny Novgorod region checked local office Goszhilinspektsiya on observance of the legislation on state control. Check showed that the Kstovsky department State Housing Inspectorate of the Nizhny Novgorod region carried out inspections of subjects business activity before inclusion of data on them in the register of supervising actions. By results of checks on not in time, or hardly in time to start to economic activities businessmen penalties administratively are imposed. It contradicts requirements of the federal legislation.
