From July 28 to July 31, 2023 in the item Arkhyz Karachay-Cherkess Republic will pass the All-Russian festival of the author's song "Mountain Tops" of a name of Yury Vizbor in which amateur performers will participate, performers-soloists and vocal ensembles are aged more senior than 18 years regardless of their departmental accessory.
