We congratulate on 60-year anniversary of the candidate of jurisprudence, the associate professor Potapov Dmitry Petrovich! Potapov Dmitry Petrovich was born on June 29, 1963 in Kurgan-Tyube (Tajikistan). In 1985 the USSR (Volgograd) arrived in the Highest investigative school (VSSh) Ministries of Internal Affairs and in 1989 it ended. In 1992 after training in internal adjyunkture defended the master's dissertation in the Academic council at VSSh Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the specialty 12.00.08 "Criminal law and criminology, the criminal and executive right".
