Russian Federation on Kaltan is complete by the investigator of OMVD investigation of the criminal case brought concerning the 42-year-old local. He is accused of commission of three crimes provided p.1 by Art. 158 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Theft" and Art. 158.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Small plunder, made by the person subjected to administrative punishment".
