In Samara the wet traces of footwear left on a floor helped to detain the criminal, reports Head department of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Samara region. In department of police of Kuybyshevsky rayon the 32-year-old local resident who has declared loss of money from its apartments addressed.
