To Estonia will increase by 15 times penalties for the Russian schools at which teachers not knowing Estonian language to 10 thousand euros work. The coordinator of transition to estonoyazychny training of the Ministry of educations Dubolazov Ingar specified that the new penalty extends on legal entities.
