Two thousand pilgrims to Saudi Arabia suffered because of a heat. Temperature in the desert rose to 48 degrees Celsius, transfers newspaper "The Guardian". More than 1,8 million Muslims made a hajj which generally took place open-air. Among pilgrims there were many elderly people. On June 29 about 1,7 thousand cases of an overheat were recorded, earlier was reported about 287 such cases.
