It is established that on the basis of the court order which has been taken out by Okulovka district district court Novgorod region, mother of the minor child has to make monthly payments the alimony on his contents, in a size of ¼ parts of all types of earnings and (or) other income, since 28.02.2022 and to the solution of a question on cancellation of restriction of the parental rights. However, mother of the minor child from payment of the alimony evades and has debt from 28.02.2022 till 28.02.2023 on 27.03.2023 in the sum of 264 732 rub of 43 kopeks.
