PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM" held general meeting of shareholders. On it the annual report was approved, the new board of directors is elected. Also it was decided not to pay final dividends for 2022, as well as recommended board of directors. PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM" already paid interim dividends for the first half of the year of 51,03 rub on an action — only 1,208 trillion rub (the record volume of dividends in the history of companies). Refusal of payments final dividends is connected with that company received a loss for this period.
