Housing prices grew by the coast of Spain

According to Idealista portal, the housing offer for sales was considerably reduced almost in all coastal areas of Spain, and it led to a rise in prices. So, in 19 of 22 provinces with pribrezhnymzhily in Spain for the last year the offer of affordable housing was reduced. But thus growth was noted only on Verde Kost - Tropikal in Granada (at once for 12%) and on the basque coast of Province of Biscay (for 2%).
