Moscow, 28 Jun - Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". The decision on a ban of abortions in private clinics has to be accepted at federal level, the chairman of the commission of the State Council in the Social policy direction, the governor declared Novgorod Region Andrey Nikitin. Members of the commission gathered on meeting in Moscow to discuss the solution of demographic problems.
