To Kirov Region prosecutor's office through court demanded to cancel the fictitious marriage concluded for simplification of procedure of acquisition by the foreigner of nationality Russian Federation

Prosecutor's office of the Svecha district of the Kirov region carried out an inspection of performance of the migratory legislation. Established fact of the conclusion of fictitious marriage between the 41-year-old local resident and the 41-year-old citizen Georgia in the absence of signs of creation of a family (cohabitation, maintaining the general economy). Registration of marriage was made for simplification of procedure of acquisition of nationality by the foreign citizen. For elimination of violations of the law the prosecutor sent to court the statement of claim about cancellation of fictitious wedding.
