City administration Russian Federation will compensate moral harm to the child because of attack of a stray dog

Prosecutor's office Ingodinsky area Chita Zabaykalsky Krai Chita carried out an inspection upon attack of a neglected dog on the child. It was established that the dog constantly lives near houses in the first residential district that creates danger of attack on people. In particular, in November, 2022 the animal attacked the 12-year-old girl. The girl got off with bruises standing.
