Limited liability company "AzerTelekom" and Kazakhtelecom signed the Joint-stock agreement on creation of joint venture for constructions and operation of the Transcaspian fiber-optical communication line (VOLS) on a route Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan on a bottom of the Caspian Sea.
