Solvay is divided into two independent companies

The Belgian Solvay S.A. declared new names of future independent companies which will appear as a result of its planned division: SOLVAY and SYENSQO. New names will come into force after completion of the planned division of Solvay which has to be complete in December, 2023 after performance of usual conditions, is reported in the press release of companies.
