By-election in City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod will take place on September 10 in Uniform voting day

City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod appointed a by-election on the constituency No. 10 to September 10. By-election is carried out in connection with appointment of the deputy Andrey Dranishnikov the head of local government of the Balakhna municipal district. As expected, date of a by-election it is called on September 10 – Uniform voting day. To Nizhny Novgorod Region, however, Uniform voting day will be not only uniform, but also three-day.
