The former chief of bailiffs in Sarov condemned for abuse of authority

City court of Sarov of Nizhny Novgorod region sentenced the former chief of regional office of bailiffs Kudashkina Marina to two years conditionally for excess of powers of office. About it reported in the press service of regional managements Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. It became clear that the defendant from 2021 to 2022 illegally took out 54 resolutions on the end of executive productions on collecting the penalties which have been written out by employees of State traffic inspectorates. The damage from illegal actions made more than 1,5 million rubles. Besides suspended sentence, Kudashkina Marina was deprived by the rights to hold positions in authorities within 1,5 years...
