Banks can obtain personal information of subscribers

Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) supported transfer to banks of personal information of subscribers. About it writes newspaper "Kommersant". Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) is discussed with banks, communications operators and power structures by extension of amendments to Federal Law "About Counteraction of Legalization (Laundering) of Income Gained by a Criminal Way" which assumes start of the state system of data exchange between banks and communications operators.
