Till August 1 order taking from everyone of authors on participation in the XI International literary Tyutchevsky competition "Conceiving reed" is open. It is carried traditionally out by the Memorial estate Fedor Ivanovich Tyutchev "Ovstug" in the village of the same name Bryansk Region. Annual competition is urged to serve as continuation of philosophical traditions of Tyutchevsky poetry in modern literary process.
