Prosecutor's office Gavrilov-Yam district Yaroslavl region carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the legislation when working on construction football stadiums in the city of Gavrilov-Yame. It is established that in order to avoid competitive procedures the uniform contract on performance of the specified works was artificially shattered into six separate contracts, concluded with LLC "Stroykommunenergo".
