SKR in absentia brought charges to the ex-commander-in-chief of VSU Ruslan Borisovich Khomchak

Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation brought the correspondence charges to the former commander-in-chief of armed forces Ukraine to Ruslan Borisovich Khomchak, to the former first vice-president of Security Service of Ukraine to Krutova Vasiliya, directing operation VSU in the southeast Ukraine in April — July, 2014, and also to the first deputy chief of a staff of land forces of VSU Fedorov Igor, the department press service reported. SKR did not specify article of the Criminal code under which charges are brought to them.
