SKR in absentia brought charge to the ex-commander-in-chief of VSU

Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation in absentia brought charge to the ex-commander-in-chief of VSU Ruslan Borisovich Khomchak. About it it is reported on SK site. It is noted that because of actions Ruslan Borisovich Khomchak suffered tens civilians and objects of civil infrastructure in Donets Basin. In addition investigators brought the correspondence charges directing during the period from April to July, 2014 operation in the southeast Ukraine to the first vice-president of Security Service of Ukraine to Krutova Vasiliya and to the first deputy chief of a staff of land forces of VSU Fedorov Igor.
