SK Russian Federation in absentia brought charge to the former commander-in-chief of VSU

Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation brought the correspondence charge to the former commander-in-chief of Armed forces Ukraine (VSU) to Ruslan Borisovich Khomchak because of which actions tens civilians and objects of civil infrastructure suffered. It became known of it during meeting under the leadership of the chairman of SK Alexander Bastrykin, passing in Lugansk, reported periodical e-edition "Lenta.ru" in the department press service.
