Saint Petersburg and Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii" strengthen cooperation on introduction of digital services in all spheres of the city

On PMEF-2023 the governor Alexander Beglov and the president of Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii" Rachid Ismailov signed the Agreement between Sanktpeterburg and Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii" about interaction. The governor emphasized that the agreement will promote implementation of projects on development digital infrastructure of the city.
