The deputy of City Council Cherkessk Uzdenov Soltan won on primaries against "United Russia" Party on selection of the candidate of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on a by-election on the one-mandatory district No. 16 (Karachay-Cherkess), reported to daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" in the party press service.
