In Kaliningrad on June 28 at a ceremony of opening of a forum of regional cinema "New vector" the award "For a contribution to development a regional cinema" will be handed posthumously over to the well-known Russian film expert, the culturologist, the writer and the journalist Kirill Razlogov, died in 2021.
