President of the Russian Federation signed innovations in the legislation. Changes are made in a row laws since June 13, including for animals abuse. Innovations were signed by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, they are published on an official portal of legal information. Penalties for the thrown-out domestic pets — to 30 thousand rubles, and also to 200 thousand rubles for violation of standards of the treatment of animals are entered. Commission of a deliberate crime by the employee of law-enforcement bodies will not be considered any more as circumstance aggravating punishment.
