It is established that on March 17, 2023 in department of municipal economy and transports Selemdzhinsk district arrived the address of the citizen. The answer to the specified address is directed only 16.05.2023. In communication by violation of term of consideration of the address the prosecutor of the area initiated proceedings on an administrative offense on Art. 5.59 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences against the head of department.
