Prosecutor's office of the Yershichi district of the Smolensk region obliged through court regional administration to equip the crosswalk near educational institution with lighting. It is established that on highway, passing in close proximity to educational institution the crosswalk which is not equipped with lighting is located. However measures for the organization of illumination of the crosswalk are not taken by regional administration that creates threat of commission of road accidents.
